Celebrity Office Chair Sightings!

All the blogs are buzzing with the latest celebrity sightings and scandals. But you know what we find even more exciting? Office Seating. After all, we do spend approximately 9 years of our life sitting in them. Here, we’ve spotted some of our office chairs in some high profile TV shows!

The Aeron is Everywhere!

The Aeron chair is making its way across the screen…at least on NBC and FOX. I’ve seen it on three hit shows in the past year. Way to go on product placement, Herman Miller!

The first place I saw it was “30 Rock.” Tina Fey does her quirky daily activities in the Aeron. It fits her and her office though. It’s modern and different, yet very business like. Definitely adds something to the screen!

NBC’s “The Office” also had them appear in the Stamford Offices a couple of seasons ago. Karen (Jim’s old girlfriend…uh oh! Watch out, Pam!) was using hers to squeak and annoy Jim…I think that was her way of flirting.

FOX seems to be following NBC’s footsteps. Dr. House on “House” sits in an Aeron too! I wonder if Herman Miller meant to place them on these shows… Despite, it worked because I definitely noticed them and thought they were pretty cool!

The Freedom Chair has an “Entourage”!

The Freedom chair made an appearance on HBO’s “Entourage” this season. It caught my eye when E accepted his new job at a hotshot agency. His big bad executive boss was sitting in it when they had to discuss Bob Saget’s outrageous (yet hilarious!) demands. The leather executive chair definitely made him look important!

Eames Lounge Chair is Not Only Fabulous, but It Also Helps Solve Medical Cases!

The Eames Lounge Chair is in the hottest new places on screen! I saw it displayed in “Sex and the City” when Charlotte was helping Carrie decorate her new office with modern, brand name furniture. They were giggling about some absurd price on a desk and then strolled passed an Eames Lounge when Carrie declared, “I need fabulous furniture for my fabulous new apartment!” The Eames Lounge will give you that, Carrie! Those chairs are definitely something that need to be displayed!

Dr. House on “House” thinks so too. (Great minds must think alike). He spends his time in the comfort of his Eames Lounger to have a clear mind to help him solve the mysterious medical cases. What a better way to help people, but in style and comfort!
